Recovery from breast augmentation

After you have had a breast augmentation done, you are looking at a recovery time that will be quite interesting for yourself and those around you.
Make sure that you are prepared for this time by talking to your doctor about the many things that you may experience. This will help you be prepared
for the things to come in the weeks you will be recovering. You will need to take some time off work after the surgery.

Many times companies do not give medical leave for someone who is having breast enlargement plastic
surgery done, so you will need to be sure that you are prepared for the time to come emotionally and financially. The first few days of your recovery
will be very rough and you will not want to go through it alone. Simple actions like sitting up from bed, standing from a low chair, and even bending
over to tie your shoe laces will be painful. You should have someone that can drive you to and from the surgery as well as stay with you at home for a
few days until you are able to do things on your own again.

If you have children, you will need to prepare your spouse for the things coming and be sure they understand that lifting your children and chasing
after them is not something you will be able to do in the first week or so. If your children are old enough, you will need to explain to them that you
have had a major breast enlargement surgery and are very tender so you do not need to be jumped on
or wrestled with. Some people think discussing this with your kids is out of line, but it is better that you prepare them for things they can come
across later in life, rather than have someone else educate them. It can help them not make rash decisions in the future. Make sure to relax and follow
all your doctor's instructions to make sure you have the best recovery possible.
